Occupancy & Extra Guests
- Normal occupancy permits maximum 6 people.
- Extra guest arrangements (including bedding) are limited. Kindly contact us in advance to confirm availability and suitability based on your group size.
- Children up to 6 years old can stay free of charge with their parents.
- Children aged 6 –12 years will be charged ₹750 per night.
Additional Policies
- Pick-up and drop from Kannur International Airport or nearby areas can be arranged at cost.
- Kindly allow us up to 30 min before checkout to inspect the appliances and facilities.
- Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
- All standard hospitality policies apply as per government laws.
Security Notice
For police security procedures, please ensure you bring your identity proof ie, Aadhaar card.
For foreign nationals: Please carry your passport and your valid visa.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change.
You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before arrival at no charge.
For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
For early checkouts before the scheduled departure date, the full booking amount will be charged.
To cancel, just let us know by email or phone — we’ll be happy to assist you.

- Embrace the good vibes and stunning views—cheers to a fantastic stay! No alcohol, substance abuse.
- Seems obvious these days, but NO SMOKING in the house or in the farm. Dry leaves are great ignitors.
- While we all love our pets, we ask that you refrain from bringing them onto the farm to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and avoid littering.
- To ensure a tranquil environment, kindly avoid loud noise and outdoor music.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage incurred during their stay.
- Maanasam Farmstay is an active farm offering an authentic farming experience with inherent risks. Minors must be under the supervision of their guardians at all times.
- Appropriate footwear is essential for navigating the farm. Closed-toe shoes or boots are recommended at all times due to uneven terrain and potential slippery mud.
- Please bring personal medication (if any), a cap, insect repellent, and an umbrella or raincoat.
- Trekking and sightseeing opportunities are available; however, prioritize safety at all times.
- Remember the universal farm gate rule: If a gate is open, leave it open; if closed, leave it closed.
